Returns
At TheNest we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item purchased. We are happy to refund any unwanted item(s) providing that they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we do not provide a return label. Returns will be covered by the customer
You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us, we recommend using the track and trace delivery option.
Please retain proof of postage.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

1. Your return must be received within 14 days of receipt
The 14 days period starts from the day delivery is made to your delivery address.

2. The garment must be unworn and in its original condition
Unworn: No signs of wear, unwashed, unstained, unperformed- this includes smells of smoke
Items that have been worn but nevertheless returned with the tags on will be detected , will not be treated as unworn and sent back.

3. All tags must be attached
If the tag has been damaged in any way, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back. Damage also includes the tag tie.
Damaged: crippled, cut, scratched, folded, water or liquid leaks

** If the item that is received is faulty, please use the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the home page to get in contact with us. Please note that evidence of the fault will be requested.
Faulty items must be reported back to us within the first 12 hours of delivery

If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the purchase back to you.​
STEP 1
Using the 'Contact Us' option send us an email clarifying reason for return
STEP 2
You will receive a corresponding email confirming your return. Print the return form attached to the email and insert it in your parcel
STEP 3
Pack your item(s) using the original packaging
STEP 4
Make sure your item is in it's original condition: Unworn, with all the tags attached
STEP 5
Take the parcel to your nearest drop off location
REFUNDS
We will process your return within 14 working days.
An email confirmation will be sent out as soon as we receive the return

Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider.
